Will you be changing your address soon? Review the following information to learn how to make the transition as smooth as possible.

View and update your personal information at any time.

Update Personal Information

Sign in to your account. Click the appropriate link under "My Personal Information" to view and update your personal information:

name,

address,

email address,

password, and

phone numbers.

When your change is complete, a confirmation will be sent to your email address on file. If you do not have an email address on file, the confirmation will be sent to your mailing address.

Note: Changes to your county can result in eligibility changes for health insurance. See the eligibility areas for Community First and Scott & White.

Is HealthSelect only carrier in your area?

You and your currently covered dependents can sign up for HealthSelect without EOI if you have coverage with an HMO and move to an area where HealthSelect is the only available carrier.

You must sign up for HealthSelect within 31 days of the move.

Making changes during the plan year:

Confirm that you have a qualifying life event (QLE), or similar circumstance that may qualify.

Identify the correct reason for the change.

Use that reason code when entering your changes online within 31 days of the QLE.

Must complete a Dependent Child Certification Form (ERS GI-1.081) if adding a dependent child.
