How do I sign up?

Answer:

Click the email subscriptions icon to sign up. Email icons have been added through out the website on our most popular topics. After you have signed up, an invitation e-mail will be sent to the address you provided. You must confirm within 48 hours, or you will need to repeat the subscription process.

From the ERS Subscription Management page, you can at any time manage your preferences and delivery methods, add topics to your subscription, or stop subscriptions.

Can I receive text message alerts?

Answer:

Yes. In addition to e-mail notification, cell phone text message alerts are available for some categories. If you provide a cell phone number, an alert will be sent to your phone when there is an update. Standard text messaging fees do apply.

When will I start receiving emails?

Answer:

Once you have subscribed and replied to your invitation e-mail, you will begin receiving alerts as updates are made to the website. The emails will come from ers@service.govdelivery.com.

Can I view past emails?

Answer:

If you accidentally delete an email or want to review past emails, you can view the last 30 days of e-mails from the ERS Subscription Management page, under Subscription Updates.

If you are not getting the e-mail alerts, try adding ers@service.govdelivery.com to your address book. If problems continue with the subscription service, please contact support@govdelivery.com.
