Are you using Internet Explorer version 10?
If your screen displays overlapping text as you navigate ERS OnLine, you may be using the latest Internet Explorer version: IE10. If this happens to you, please try using IE9 (or an earlier version), Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox to access your account.
You can also follow the steps below to change the “view-as” setting:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Press the F12 key; a menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click “Browser Mode: IE10 Compat View.”
4. Change Compatibility View to Internet Explorer 9.
5. Press the F12 key again and the menu will disappear.
ERS OnLine should now display properly. Repeat these steps if you close Internet Explorer and open it again.
